- 1/2 升奶油
- 两个蛋黄
- 四或者五 杯意大利咖啡
- 两个匙糖

把 糖,蛋黄,和mascarpone 放在一碗里,然后一起和它们。
拿一别碗,把奶油放在里,和打成的甜食。 甜食以后,分奶油。
一分跟蛋黄和mascarpone 和, 别分您们用得更后。
把饼干沾 咖啡里。 沾以后把饼干放在一合格盘。
把mascarpone 放在饼干 上。把一别 饼干层放在 mascarpone 上, 把一别饼干层放在mascarpone 上, 什么什么 。 要是您们得盘不太打, 用别的盘。
把奶油放在提拉米苏上, 然后放在冷藏箱里左右两个小时 。
一分提拉米苏冷。 要是您们喜欢,装饰跟可可粉和巧克力!

Today I’m going to talk about a typical Italian recipe. I’m sure you have already heard about it,It’s Tiramisu.
To make a good tiramisu we need:
- · A pack of Savoyard or Pavesini biscuits ( if you can’t find this type of biscuits , use a long shaped biscuits good to be dipped)
- · 400g of mascarpone cheese
- · Half a liter of cream (not whipped because you have to whip it later)
- · Two egg yolk
- · 4 or 5 little cups of Italian coffee
- · Two spoons of sugar
- · Cocoa powder
Now, have you got all these ingredients? Great!
Put sugar and mascarpone cheese into a bowl and whip them and meanwhile put cream into another bowl and whip it too. Once you whipped cream, take an half of it and mix with mascarpone and eggs. The left part of whipped cream, take it apart, we’ll use it later.
Now, start dipping biscuits in the coffee and put a part of them into a squared pie-dish, cover it with a layer of mascarpone. Make another layer of coffee-wet biscuits and cover it with another layer of mascarpone. If your pie-dish in not large enough, you can use more than one.
When there are no biscuits and mascarpone left, take the left part of whipped cream and use it to cover your tiramisu. Finally, cover it all with cocoa powder and let tiramisu in fridge for about two hours.
Serve it fresh, and if you want it, decorate with chocolate !
